How long should I expect my furntiure order to take?
Our furniture is made to order right here in the good 'ole USA!
Once we receive quote approval and payment the typical manufacturing time ranges from 6-8 weeks before your custom piece is ready to ship out. We will provide an accurate timeframe on every quote and keep you updated during the process so you know exactly what to expect.
What is the shipping time for my new furniture to arrive at my home?
Shipping and handling times can be anywhere from 5-10 business days after your pieces are finished, depending on where you are located. Please allow extra time for White Glove Deliveries.
Can I get samples of fabrics before I order?
Yes! Free fabric samples are avialble to you at any time. We can provide a ring of all of our high performance fabrics, or individual swatches if you know what color family you want to stay in.
If I am unsatisfied with my order, can it be returned?
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of our furniture all of our items are final sale. However, if you are displeased with your order or suspect a factory error, please email us at info@thestylestorehouse.com to get in touch with a customer service member for a resolution.
Do you offer Trade Discounts to designers?

What type of things can I customized?
Everything! Our pieces are custom made scratch just for you. Everything from the length to the depth, to the back height and the arm width-- we can adjust everything! Start with one of our styles and adjust from there.,

I saw a piece of furniture from another company and fell in love. Can you make something similar?
Yes! If you have a specific style in mind that we do not offer in our catalog, send us an email at info@thestylestorehouse.com and we can let you know if it's possibole to cusom order with our factory.
Will I save on shipping if I'm ordering multiple pieces?
Yes! The more we can loop together in the same shipment, the better the savings! If you are interested in a sofa and some chairs- it's a substantial savings in shipping to order them together!
What is the quality like and will my sofa be comfy?
All of our upholstery is made with real hardwood frames, built custom for each piece. All of the back cushions are made of real down feather, and the seat cushions depend on what you choose. Trillium is our favorite! It is cozy, but mand made polyester fiber that mimic the feeling of down. It's the down look and feel, without the constant need to fluff all the time!
